58mm vs 80mm — which should you get?

SizeBest for
58mmSmall shops, kirana stores, cafes — compact receipts, lower paper cost
80mmRestaurants, retail with detailed itemized bills, wider layout

BillEasy supports both sizes out of the box — just select your paper width in printer settings.

Pairing your printer — step by step

  1. Turn the printer ON and enable Bluetooth pairing mode (on most printers, holding the power button for 3 seconds puts it into pairing mode — check your printer's manual to confirm).
  2. Open Bluetooth settings on your phone or laptop and look for your printer under "Available Devices" (usually named something like MTP-II, Printer, or your printer brand).
  3. Pair it. If a PIN is requested, most printers default to 0000 or 1234.
  4. Open BillEasy → Settings → Printer → select your paired printer.
  5. Run a test print — open any bill and tap "Print." Double-check alignment the first time.
💡 On Android, if the app asks for Bluetooth permission the first time you connect, make sure to tap Allow — otherwise your printer list will show up empty.

Common problems and how to fix them

Printer doesn't show up in the list

Paired successfully, but nothing prints

Prints, but the output is blank or faint

Printer keeps disconnecting

✅ Once your printer is set up in BillEasy, every bill prints in a single tap — no need to reconnect each time (unless the printer itself is turned off).

Offline printing works too

Even if your internet goes down, BillEasy can still create a bill and print it offline — the bill data is saved locally and syncs to the cloud automatically as soon as internet is back. So printer connectivity only needs Bluetooth, not internet.
